A. General description
The Blackberries shall be prepared, processed, packaged and handled under strict hygienic conditions consistent with the principles of good manufacturing practices. The blackberries are healthy, green food, Iran origin, free from foreign substance
B. Process of manufacture
a) Blackberries are clearly washed before frozen and metal detected before packed
b) Blackberries are of the size 15mm-25mm, or the size Buyer requests
c) Blackberries are individually quick frozen, later the core temperate of each one reaches minus 18DC
d) Blackberries are packed in food grade polylined cartons then stored at minus 18DC.or less till dispatch to end users
C. Packing
a)Pack size: 1X30lbs per carton; 1X10kg per carton or as buyer’s request
b)Labeling: Product Description, Country of Origin, Weight, Product Date (dd-mm-yy), Best Before date. or as client’s request
D. Parameters of approval
Brix: 6-8
Size: 15-25mm
Color: from dark red to black
Odor: Typical of blackberries, free from foreign taints and odors
Flavor: Characteristic of blackberries
Stems: max 5 pieces per 10kg
Product is free from additives and preservatives
